Pilates Gift Card Promo Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility:
• Gift cards may only be gifted to new clients who have never purchased a class pack or membership from Luxe Pilates.
2. Redemption:
• Gift cards can be redeemed for:
• A 10-class pass (valued at $220).
• Gift cards must be redeemed for a 10-pass by January 21, 2025.
• Once redeemed, the usual rules for 10-class passes apply.
3. Personalization:
• Gift cards must be purchased for a specific person. The recipient’s name and contact information must be provided at the time of purchase.
4. Non-Cash Value:
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.
5. Non-Transferable:
• Gift cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the named recipient.
6. Expiration:
• If not redeemed within the specified period, the gift card will expire, and no refunds or credits will be issued.
7. Limited Availability:
• This promotion is available for a limited time, ending December 24, 2024, and may be subject to a cap on the number of gift cards sold.
8. Studio Rights:
• Luxe Pilates reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
